Sponsorship packages for the World Shorthorn Conference June/July 2010
The World Shorthorn Conference takes in representatives from UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, South Africa, Zimbabwe and includes both Dairy and Beef Shorthorn organizations.
The Shorthorn Society is pleased to offer the following sponsorship opportunities:
Platinum Package
• Sponsors company logo with link to sponsors website on main Conference webpage (front page and partner page with short explanation of product if required)
• Sponsors company logo on all printed material before and during Conference (Flyer to be published with itinerary and booking form available both on the web and in hard copy – similar design to website)
• Sponsors Company logo with link to sponsors website on front page of both beef and dairy websites for two years
• Sponsors full page advert in both Beef and Dairy journals for two years (published December 2008 & 2009)
• Main sponsors will get recognition in all press releases and advertising material
• Sponsors company to have the opportunity to address the Conference as a keynote speaker
• Sponsors will be able to have a presence, erect demonstration stands and distribute publicity material at all venues as required, including the conference venue, the Royal Highland and Royal Shows and all farm visits.
• Entry tickets for the Royal Highland and Royal Shows will be provided (no. required negotiable)
• Sponsors will be invited to present trophies at Royal Highland Show or Royal Show (possibly both)
• Sponsors will be invited to attend the gala dinners at the Royal Highland and Royal Shows and accommodation will be provided after these two events (no. of tickets negotiable)
• Sponsors representatives will be offered free travel and meals as provided for the delegates for any part/all of the tour. Accommodation except as above to be paid for.
The Shorthorn Society will endeavour to publicise the main sponsors whenever possible in addition to the above and will be happy to consider any extra requests from the sponsors.
Gold Package

All donations of product, merchandise etc. will be gratefully received either for auction to raise funds for the conference or as mementos for the delegates to take home.
All publicity material eg banners, leaflets etc to be provided by the sponsor.
